Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register as a Trader on KasiCart?

To register as a Trader, click "Become Seller/Service Provider" on our homepage or visit the Trader registration page. You'll need to provide your South African ID, contact information, and details about what you want to sell or the services you offer. After submission, our team will review your application within 24-48 hours.

What's the difference between Seller and Service Provider?

Sellers offer physical goods (products you can touch and deliver). Service Providers offer skills or services (haircuts, plumbing, tutoring, etc.). You can register as one or both. Each requires a separate R29.99/month subscription (R59.98 for both).

How do I become a KasiLink delivery driver?

Click "Become Delivery Driver" on our homepage or visit the KasiLink registration page. You'll need a valid driver's license, roadworthy vehicle, and must pass a background check. There's no subscription fee for drivers - you keep 100% of delivery fees.

What payment methods does KasiCart accept?

We support multiple payment methods including cash on delivery, bank transfers, and mobile money. Each Trader can specify which payment methods they accept. Subscription payments are processed via debit order or manual bank transfer.

How do I resolve a dispute with a Trader?

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the Trader. If unsuccessful, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction with details and evidence. We'll mediate between both parties but cannot guarantee resolution. All disputes are handled according to our Terms of Service.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) regulations. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We only share necessary information with other users for transactions to proceed. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
